Utilize the exercise below to ensure proper band breaths that are full, and low. Always set your metronome and breath in time for this exercise.

Tip #1: Try to inhale and exhale evenly over all beats. Especially when we get to the longer exhales. Try to pick a volume of air that allows an even sustain for the entire duration of counts.

Tip #2: Connect your breaths to one another. In other words, make the inhale and the exhale connected.
